Different legal problems require different levels of help. Fees depend on the service, scope, and whether representation is limited or ongoing.

VA Disability Claims & Appeals
Initial VA Claims
The Firm may accept selected initial VA disability claims without charging the veteran an attorney fee to prepare the initial claim. Acceptance is determined individually.
Flat-Fee VA Help
Attorney help with a defined part of the case while you remain responsible for the rest.
Options may include decision or C&P/DBQ review, a rating and effective-date audit, appeal strategy, or limited-scope HLR, Supplemental Claim, or Board appeal representation.
Full VA Appeal Representation
For accepted post-decision appeals when you want the Firm to manage the appeal through the agreed stage.
Attorney fee: 20% of qualifying past-due VA benefits
Acceptance and scope require individual review and a written agreement.
Military Legal Help
Military LEAP
Recurring, low-cost legal access for qualifying active-duty, Reserve, and National Guard members with covered federal military administrative matters.
The Firm confirms eligibility, plan limits, and fees after review. Start with an inquiry before payment or enrollment.
Pro Bono / Reduced-Fee Military Help
Selected matters, including qualifying referrals through military-rights, veterans, or support organizations, may be accepted without an attorney fee or at a reduced fee.
Availability depends on the individual matter and Firm capacity. This is separate from Military LEAP.
Veterans Court Appeals
Representation before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims requires a separate written engagement.
Attorney fees may sometimes be recovered under the Equal Access to Justice Act when legally applicable. EAJA does not always pay the attorney’s fee.
